Assurance work is hundreds of independent, rigorous checks that only mean something when they connect into one trusted picture. Sokhna gives us the literal canvas for that idea — an open desert-night sky over the Red Sea, where 350 individual points of light resolve into a single formation.

Sunset arrival on the golf lawn through to the drone-and-fireworks finale over the Red Sea — one continuous evening, one continuous idea.
Draft timing — built around the client's given agenda: gala dinner, media coverage, lighting & stage, oriental singer, AI-integrated experiences, and the Light Drones Show finale.
AI Digital Welcome Portal — badge scan, personalized on-screen greeting, rose-water welcome by staff.

Not tech for its own sake — every activation makes the night's core idea (individual points connecting into one trusted whole) something guests can see, touch, and take home.
Badge/QR scan triggers a personalized on-screen welcome — name, PwC tenure, a one-line AI-generated Arabian-Nights-style verse. Instant digital keepsake sent to the guest's phone.
Guests are styled into an Arabian-Nights-inspired portrait in ~20 seconds — framed, printable, instantly shareable. The night's natural social/UGC driver.
An audio-reactive LED backdrop that listens to the live oriental singer and turns the performance into moving light in real time — orange accent pulses against gold and navy.
Fun trivia mix — assurance in-jokes + Egypt/Red Sea culture — generating a personalized AI "insight card" per player, with a live table leaderboard.
A table-side AI host that answers logistics questions, tells the story behind the dish being served, and nudges guests toward the booth and kiosks.
An elevated camera captures all 350 guests; an AI composite stitches the crowd into one aerial "constellation" image — the closing keepsake, and the tagline made literal.
Full production lighting design in warm gold with a restrained orange accent wash, arabesque set motifs, and a live oriental band — the Pulse Wall turns every set into a visual event.
~350 drones (one per guest) plus a synchronized fireworks finale over the golf course and Red Sea coastline — logo reveal, full text formation, and a joint climax timed to the live band.

Fireworks fade to a final low glow; the last drones settle back into a single point of light — mirroring the opening beat. It started with one, it ends with one, connected. Full sequence time-coded to the live band's finale track, so the last live note and the last firework land together.
A Red Sea resort with its own golf course, pool terraces and Arabesque architecture — a setting that already does half the storytelling for both the Oriental gala and the open-sky drone finale.
